Can I customise my pendant or choose a different chain length?

Yes! Most of our pieces can be personalised with your chosen initial, font style, or chain length. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. UK delivery takes 1–3 working days, and international orders arrive in 5–10 working days depending on location.

What materials do you use?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only for items with a verified manufacturing fault, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
